OUR PROCESS
Initial Consultation
We can arrange an initial free face to face meeting complying to all Covid regulations with appropriate measures and PPE or alternatively meet over an online facility. This initial meeting will be to understand your style and create your vision with thousands of fabrics and styles from top designers to choose from.
Expert Measuring
We will then send our fitter to measure up exactly to ensure your design fits perfectly in your window. You will then be provided with a quote for the items and you will be asked for a 50% deposit to secure the order with the balance on completion once you are totally satisfied.
Manufacture
Once you have placed your order your made to measure curtains will be brought to life by our highly skilled team of curtain makers. They work to the highest standards and their craftsmanship shows in the finished items that you receive. Blinds are supplied from the UK's leading companies.
Installation
Once your design is ready to be installed we will arrange a convenient day and bring all the appropriate hardware to ensure its installed completely to your complete satisfaction. Once this is done you will then pay the remaining balance.
Our process from conception to installation is around 4 - 6 weeks.
